Privacy Policy

VoxusDrive is a private cloud drive built for one purpose: to let you store and stream only your own photos and videos. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. This is a demo lab application — do not upload sensitive or production data.

Information we collect

• Account data: the email address you register with and a securely hashed password.
• Your media: the photos and videos you choose to upload, stored privately under your account.
• Technical data: basic sign-in and diagnostic logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and give you access to your own files.
• To store, organize, and stream your media back to you on demand.
• To detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.

Your media is yours

Every file you upload is tied to your account. Other users cannot see, list, or download your content. We never sell your data, and we never use your photos or videos for advertising or model training.

Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Access to the application database uses a managed identity, so no database passwords are stored in the app. Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your files at any time from your drive. When you delete your account, the associated media and account record are removed.
